These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tog Maker's website, located at togmaker.com.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog and website?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or other details to help with your experience. Some details may include payment information and artwork that is protected under Tog Maker and will not be shared with others.
Terms and Conditions:
Tog Maker LLC and our customers mutually agree to accept all terms and conditions outlined below. Pricing, deposits, payments, and delivery will be determined at the time of order placement.
1. Deposits and Payments:
A 60% deposit is due when placing your order, and the remaining balance is due at pickup. Payments can be made online via PayPal, which accepts credit and debit options. In-store, we accept cash and credit cards.
We ship all orders via UPS Brown, and tracking information will be provided upon project completion. Shipping costs are additional and not included in the order estimate.
3. Turnaround Time:
Most orders are fulfilled within 7-10 business days. During peak seasons, we ask for a maximum of 10-12 business days. Rush services are available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
4. Mock-Up & Approval Process:
We will provide one set of mock-ups for your project. Any additional artwork rendering beyond this will be subject to additional fees. You will receive photo approval on the day of print before we start production. Please note that the press will remain at a standstill until we receive your approval. Once we receive approval and begin production, the client is liable for the project.
5. Customer-Supplied Garments:
Yes, we can screen print, embroider, and heat press on customer-provided garments. All garments must be of the same style. We charge a handling fee of $50 for up to 50 units and an additional $0.50 for each unit beyond 50.
We estimate pricing on a project-by-project basis. Please inquire about a quote form on our website page.
7. Customer Responsibility:
All customers bear full responsibility and liability for ensuring the accuracy of the following elements in the deliverables: spelling, punctuation, logos, colors, names, dates, pictures, phone numbers, layout, and any other relevant information. Tog Maker LLC will produce the goods only after receiving client approval. We are not liable for any errors resulting from the customer-provided information.
8. Additional Artwork Alterations:
In the event that your logo or artwork requires additional alterations or work beyond the initially agreed scope, an additional fee may apply. We will inform you beforehand and seek your approval before proceeding.

10. Potential Delays:
Please note that longer timelines may occur due to factors such as shipping delays, missing materials from the customer, or delayed payments. Tog Maker LLC will not be held responsible for missed deadlines resulting from any of these aforementioned errors.
Tog Maker does not accept returns from completed projects from our print shop.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We ship all orders within 5-10 business days of the date of purchase. Please do not contact us about your order unless it is past this window. Tracking information will be uploaded and sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
We do not offer out right refunds. You can exchange your product for store credit or another product of equal value. We allow 30 days to exchange your product. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
