By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping/Fulfillment Policy, Refund/Return Policy, and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to Tog Maker's Terms and Conditions. "Tog Maker", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of Tog Maker's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States of America. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Policy:

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personal Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as used in United States privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.

  1. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog and website?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or other details to help with your experience. Some details may include payment information and artwork that is protected under Tog Maker and will not be shared with others.


Shipping/Fulfillment Policy:

  1. Shipping

We ship all orders via UPS Brown. Tracking will be provided upon completion of your project.  Shipping is additional and not included in your order estimate.  

2. Turnaround

Most orders are fulfilled within 8-10 business days. During peak season we ask 10-12 business days maximum. We do offer rush services and charge accordingly. 

3. Payment

50% deposit is due when you place your order, and the  remaining balance is due at pickup. You’re welcome to pay online via Paypal, which also includes credit and debit options.  In our store, we accept cash and credit cards.

4. Mock Up & Approval Process
We will make one set of mock ups for your project.  Any additional artwork rendering will be subject to additional fees.  
You will receive photo approval on the day of print before we start production. Be aware that the press is at a standstill UNTIL you respond.  Once we receive approval and begin, the client is liable. 

5. Customer Supplied Garments

Yes, we can screen print, embroider and and heat press on customer-provided garments. All garments must be of the same style. We do charge a handling fee, $50 for up to 50 units, the $.50 for each additional unit after 50.

6. Pricing

 We estimate on a project by project basis. Please inquire about a quote form on our page.

Refund/Return Policy:

Tog Maker does not accept returns from completed projects from our print shop.


Shipping/Fulfillment Policy:

 1. Shipping:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We ship all orders within 5-10 business days of the date of purchase. Please do not contact us about your order unless it is past this window. Tracking information will be uploaded and sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

 2. Returns: 

We do not offer out right refunds. You can exchange your product for store credit or another product of equal value. We allow 30 days to exchange your product. If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective contact us via email at

 3. Late or Missing Refunds:

(if applicable for cancelled orders) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
