We slather our screens with our secret sauce emulsion, like a chef expertly seasoning their dish. With a double dose of emulsion, your screens will come out looking like a work of art. The level of detail and definition will make your clients do a double take. And don't be shy about sending us those tricky half-tone images, our emulsion can handle it like a boss.
 
What mesh count should I use ?
 
-Low mesh 110-180 Large Cartoon Graphics / Text / Blocky or Chunky styled art
-Mid Range mesh 180-230 High D/etail images / Sharp Lines
-High Range 230-305 Very High Resolution / Photorealistic / Smallest dot
 
If you are submitting the files as a vector format, please send us the artwork ready to print by having the artwork set to the correct size, and save the file as one of the following formats .pdf/ .ai. On the other hand if you are submitting the artwork as a raster image please make sure that the artwork is created to size at a minimum of 300 DPI. The raster images can be submitted as .psd, .tiff, or .jpg.
